Annex gates are usually the first stage of scouting by a society which is expanding. There is a corresponding Annex gate in another system allowing ships transport between the two gates. [1]

The Sol system has an annex gate that is used by the Yollin to explore the system in search of resources.
Never Submit[]
As Bethany Anne's force leaves the Sol system the annex gate is destroyed. When the Yollin King hears about it there is referred to as gate 314 and that it had been in place 2 years. It will take at least 3 years to rebuild the gate,[2] The solar years are probably Yollin solar years which are 3 Earth solar years.
