Summary of Events[]
In Checkmate the twins accompany Bethany Anne on one of the missions. Bethany Anne realizes the twins are as powerful as she is and fears what will happen if they are overcome by emotions and lash out without concern for the consequences both to themselves as well as whoever they destroy. The mission is success on both counts, stopping the bad guys and helping the twins how to restrain their powers.
