Overview

Established by Bethany Anne on High Tortuga in She is the Principle. It is located in the undercity in a section cut off from the rest of the underground of Thon, a city on the northern continent of High Tortuga. Kirian located when searching for the clinic that was offering a fake cure for his genetic disorder. ADAM had been monitoring his search and BA went to the clinic to shut it down. She finds the clinic using corrupted nanocytes that are killing the patients, not curing them. The leaders are killed and those who were unwitting accomplices had memories wiped and being compelled to do good works.

The goal of the Institute is to produce Special Ops teams trained to elite standards.

Aspects of the facility:

• There are multiple levels.
• There is a hanger capable of landing a shuttle.
• The AI for the school is a copy of ADAM called Xavier. Xavier will provide oversight and protection for the Institute.
• The facility has a Pod-Doc.

She is the Principle

Lerr'ek is selected to be the head of the school. His previous experience organizing the Rough Males shows he is someone who can handle kids coming from rougher backgrounds. She can’t think of anyone better to guide them back to BA's version of the straight and narrow.

Kirian is going to be the first student. Lerr'ek's sales pitch his mother and grandfather is “Students who graduate with the skills to develop technology that can be used in the prevention of crime will be valuable and highly sought after." Additionally they are going to pay for all of Kirian's tuition and medical expenses.
