The Kurtherian Gambit[]
Love Lost[]
He was recruited for TQB, a retired career US Marine officer. When a congressman asked for the truth from him on a live on a news report, he spoke honestly but it seems the congressman didn't really want the unvarnished truth so ended up by making life difficult for him. The Marine brass held firm against him but the congressman kept getting placed on every appropriations committee to continue to make it difficult for the Marines. Finally, when he was elected for another term, Todd felt that for the good of the Marines he needed to leave.
He was skeptical about joining TQB, but since the interview was in the Bahamas with all expenses paid, he decided to go that far at least.
Bite This[]
Todd worked out every chance he got with the four guards, even though he lost every time, it quickly got his edge back and improved his fighting skills to the point that the new recruits had a very hard time against him.
He was assigned to security on the Sea Ax, for when Bethany Anne brought TOM's ship in to hide it. While on the Sea Ax, he met with the new recruits and ended up by being part of the group that named the Sea Ax Ad Aeternitatem.

Was awed when the Space Ship settled into the hold and uncloaked.
Never Forsaken[]
Todd, Jean and John Rodriguez take R&R on San Andreas Island. As they relax in bar, they are attacked by 3 men who claim to have known the Shiekh who had owned the QBS Ad Aeternitatem. 2 of them are killed and the other severely injured. John is shot and they immediately go back to the ship.
When the Forsaken and Nosferatu the Ad Aeternitatem and attempt to board it, the small group of 6 Wechselbalg and 4 Marines work together for the first time and understand how they can work together and complement each other's skills and abilities. At that time the Wechselbalg hadn't worked with weapons yet, but they could hand-to-hand fight, where as the Marines have the skills with arms and can protect any of the Wechselbalg that change into wolf form. When Peter changes for the first time to his new Pricolici form. Once the fight was over, Peter was in danger of loosing himself to the Pricolici, until Todd talks him back to his humanity.

Under My Heel[]
Stephen leads to the effort to Turkey to take down the Forsaken. His team includes Nathan Lowell, Ecaterina Romanov-Lowell, Peter Silvers. Todd Jenkins, Matthew Tseng, Joel. Joseph Greggs, Tim 'Rocky" Kinley, Kevin Russel, Paul Stephens. Chet Nichols and Rickie Escobar. He finds one soldier, Arthur Detongass, and a group of civilians holding out in a cave. Stephen and the team move their supplies into the cave. As they are about to move the civilians to Shelly, the chopper is destroyed by an RPG. Stephen races outside the jamming area to let BA know what has happened and then goes back for the defense. The first wave has 30 Nosferatu that are quickly taken down. In the second wave Paul is killed and Ecaterina is severely injured. Nathan goes berserk and tears through the wave killing as many of them as he can. After the battle Stephen calls him back. Stephen cannot give her more blood or she will turn to a vampire. He believes she wouldn't want that but would take being a Wechselbalg. Nathan bleeds into her wounds and changes her.
We Will Build[]
Bethany Anne is getting ready to take a pod up into outer space to think while staring at the Big Beautiful Blue Ball that is Earth. Since Todd is there near the Pods at the time, she ask him if he would like to go up with her, when he is surprised and comments that they aren't offered to go up in them very often, Bethany Anne has ADAM send a note

When Todd asked to go to the moon while they were in outerspace, she takes him up and above the Moon so that he can see both the Earth and it's Moon at the same time.

During the last big battle with the Leath Todd is killed by a grenade meant for Peter.
The Empress' Spy[]
The Empress' Spy series starts about six years after the first battle with the Leath and covers about 3 years of time. Note: The Leath Wars lasted for about 100 years.
Diplomatic Recruit[]
Todd spars with Phina when they sneak into the Marine work out area and he’s surprised by her gymnastics ability, but unimpressed with her fighting abilities.
Diplomatic Agent[]
Todd and Seraphina Waters become engaged.
